By accessing or using the Adstarga.com platform, operated by Perkmedia LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you enter these Terms on behalf of a company or legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
02.Description of Services
Perkmedia LLC operates Adstarga.com, a performance marketing ecosystem connecting advertisers and affiliates through lead generation, campaign management, conversion tracking, and real-time analytics.
03.Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and possess the legal capacity to enter binding contracts.
04.Registration
You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information and protect account credentials.
05.User Responsibilities
- Follow campaign-specific creative guidelines and traffic restrictions.
- Accurately represent marketing methods and promotional channels.
- Maintain high-quality traffic standards to protect advertiser ROI.
06.Prohibited Activities
Fraudulent Traffic
Bot traffic, unauthorized incentives, and auto-refresh scripts are forbidden.
Deceptive Marketing
False claims, misleading headlines, and brand impersonation may result in termination.
07.Tracking & Reporting
Adstarga tracking numbers are the final authority for billing and payout purposes. Discrepancies exceeding 5% must be reported within 48 hours.
08.Payments
Payments are issued on validated conversions. Perkmedia LLC may withhold payment in cases of suspected fraud or pending advertiser reconciliation. A $500 minimum threshold applies unless otherwise agreed.
09.Compliance
Users must comply with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA, FTC guidelines, and all campaign-specific rules.
10.Intellectual Property
The Adstarga.com name, logos, and proprietary dashboard technology are the sole property of Perkmedia LLC.
11.Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
