02.Campaign Setup & Approvals
- Advertisers must provide accurate campaign parameters, landing pages, creatives, and tracking protocols.
- Creative assets are subject to review by the compliance team.
- Payout and targeting modifications require advance notice.
03.Tracking, Validation & Discrepancies
Server-to-server postback tracking is the preferred source of truth. Advertisers have 10 business days after month close to submit chargeback or rejection reports. Discrepancies above 5% trigger a technical review.
04.Fraud Control & Brand Safety
Adstarga maintains a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent activity, including bot traffic, click injection, lead stacking, and unauthorized incentivized traffic.
05.Regulated Verticals & Compliance
Advertisers in finance, healthcare, iGaming, insurance, or other regulated sectors must provide valid licenses and required documentation for relevant jurisdictions.
06.Payments, Invoicing & Pauses
Net 30
Standard advertiser payment terms.
Bi-Weekly
Available for approved high-volume advertisers.
Late Payments
Past-due invoices may accrue monthly interest.
Pauses
Campaign pauses require written notice; delivered traffic remains billable.
07.Data Protection, IP & Confidentiality
Both parties agree to comply with applicable privacy laws. Payout rates, partner identities, and platform data are confidential.
08.Termination & Exit Protocols
Either party may terminate with written notice. Immediate termination may apply for material breach, fraud, non-payment, bankruptcy, or cessation of business operations.
